Recital at Northwest Covenant Church on October 27th

On Sunday, October 27th at 4:00 PM, I will be participating in a piano dedication recital for the Northwest Covenant Church at 300 North Elmhurst Avenue. I will be performing the first movement of Szymanowski’s Masques, Op. 34, Schéhérazade and Chopin’s Third Piano Sonata in B minor, Op. 58.

This program was designed to showcase the new piano for the congregation as a solo and collaborative instrument. I am lucky to be able to collaborate with the Choir of the Northwest Covenant Church in the Hallelujah from Beethoven’s Mount of Olives and the Gospel work “Let Everything That Hath Breath” by Jeffery L. Ames. Also on the program is the breathtaking second movement of Schubert’s B-flat Major trio.

The concert is free and open to the public. There will be a reception afterwards, where I will be able to speak with members of the audience. I’m looking forward to playing and seeing you there!

Can’t make it? There will be another performance featuring the entirety of Szymanowski’s Masques and the Chopin 3rd piano sonata on December 13th at noon!
